    • Product revision – this is the amendment done on the product as per customer request.
    • Support team/support – the team within the company that is responsible for the coordination of services.
    • Quality Assurance Department (QAD) – the team responsible for evaluating the quality of products and services offered. QAD guards the integrity of the company.
    • Verification process – done by the customer and support team, the customers billing details and the transaction authorization are authenticated to prevent fraudsters.
  1. Acceptance of the terms
    • Your subscription and use of our service constitute your acceptance to all terms and conditions without modification. Terms are bound to change from time to time without prior notice given to you.
    • The terms will govern any additional features, resources, and services unless stated otherwise.

  1. Placing an Order

Placing an order on our website is free; you need to fill an order form giving the required information. Give out correct email address and personal information which will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy. Providing wrong information will be termed as violation of terms and conditions of the agreement. The customer chooses a preferred writer through the writer’s bids.

  1. Payment

After successfully placing the order, calculation of the paper begins. You can do the calculations as the prices as the pricing rates are available on our website. Payment can be made in full or in stages based on the terms of the agreement. Payment can be made via PayPal or Visa.

  1. Satisfaction

Once the order is completed, the writer sends it directly to your inbox ready for your review. You can download the order, and if you are completely satisfied with the paper, you are expected to confirm satisfaction. A no-confirmation after 14 days is considered an automatic approval. If the order expectations are not met, the customer is free to seek revision of the paper. A revision request is only granted if the original order instructions were violated. If the request is placed on the basis of new instructions, the Quality Assurance Department has the right to decline the request.
